Rich, roasted, and deeply grounding — our First Grade Roasted Tieguanyin (碳烤铁观音) is a traditional charcoal-roasted oolong from the storied Anxi region of Fujian, China. The slow roasting process transforms the leaf, drawing out warm notes of toasted grain, dried fruit, and a lingering mineral sweetness that deepens with every steep.

Tieguanyin — meaning "Iron Goddess of Mercy" — is one of China’s most celebrated teas. The roasted expression offers a fuller body and a comforting warmth that makes it ideal for cooler mornings, after meals, or any moment that calls for quiet reflection.
