Red Dahongpao Tea (大红袍红茶)
Sourced from the legendary Wuyi Mountains of Fujian, China, Red Dahongpao is a rare and prized tea that bridges the bold richness of black tea with the complex, roasted depth of traditional oolong. Crafted from the same celebrated Da Hong Pao cultivar — once reserved for imperial tribute — this red tea undergoes a full oxidation process that unlocks a warm, amber liquor with a naturally sweet finish.
Each sip reveals layered notes of dried longan, dark honey, and a subtle mineral earthiness unique to the rocky Wuyi terroir. Smooth and full-bodied with no bitterness, it is equally satisfying brewed gongfu-style or steeped in a simple pot.
